| Wow-I had the best time last weekend. Mom told me were going to go to my favorite place and she was right South Padre Island BEACH! I absolutely love the beach because everyone knows that I am a 'water dog'. Of course mom brought the camera along and took lots of photos while we were out and about. |
| I love playing in the water of course. Sometimes the salt water would sting my eyes just a little, but mom rinsed it out and right back in I would go. There were also lots of people that kept stopping to pet and play with me. Who am I to argue, especially with the ladies? |
| After mom got good and sunburned at the beach, while on our way home, we passed a Surf Shop that has a beautiful permanent art display of a huge sand castle, dolphins, sea turtle, and even a mermaid. What a perfect opportunity for photo ops! We turned around and I got to play with all of the statues. I loved getting to climb and pose, after all, that is what I do, pose and look beautiful. A hard job, but some dogs got to do it! That turtle was super cool... |
| Next to the turtle was this really cool looking bush. I had to investigate and see what it was all about. I tried to hide, but my head was still sticking out. Oops! Then, out of the corner of my eye I saw my favorite squeak toy and just went after it. How many photos does mom have of me playing with my toys anyway? I think that would get old. |
| I was getting tired after all of this playtime so I told mom it was time to go home. When I was leaving I noticed a white thing hanging from the fence around the statues. I wonder what it says? Guess I should have asked mom before I started playing! |
